Airlite Pacifier Hood

Also referred to as a pacifier or Pelling Pacifier, this blinker hood has a metal mesh cage which covers the eyes, protecting them from debris. It has a remarkable calming effect on the horse. The mesh eye is secured onto the hood, and the kit includes a half cup which may be removed or positioned as required. Because the mesh cage provides a solid surface over the eye to which cloth or tape can be affixed, it is also popular as a tool for protecting eye injuries which require limited light.
