Shipping Policy:

All merchandise is sent via UPS Ground. Most customers will see their in-stock items within 5 - 10 business days. We ship all orders promptly. However, occasionally items are not in stock due to manufacturers' delay. You will be notified of any delay.  Credit Card transactions are deposited upon receipt of order.

We only ship within the continental U.S. and Canada. No international shipping is available at this time.

Delivery addresses must be a street number as UPS will not ship to a PO Box address.

Pick Up Option:
All orders will be held for a 72 hour (3 day) period from the time the order is placed.  Customers are responsible for all arrangements concerning order pick up.  Orders not picked up within the terms and conditions are subject to a 15% restock fee.  Pacesetter will refund the credit card used for the order less the stated restock fee.

Handling Fees:

All orders under $75 and/or the minimum shipping weight of 2 LBS are subject to a $5 handling fee.

Tax Exempt Customers:

Customers claiming NY-125 exemption (and all other exemptions) must present Pacesetter Tack and Supply, Inc. with a valid authorization form.  All forms can be faxed to: (518) 587-5656.  These forms will be kept on file.  It is the customers responsibility to the accuracy and validity of all information concerning tax exempt status.  All accounts claiming tax exempt status must be approved by Pacesetter Tack and Supply, Inc. prior to making purchases under the exemption.

Return Policy:
We at Pacesetter like to have happy and satisfied customers and we will work with you to come to a satisfactory conclusion.

General Merchandise Return Policy: (see separate return policy for saddles)

Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase, or within 15 days of shipping on back ordered items. An exchange or store credit may be requested for items of the wrong size or fit.

Defective merchandise should be returned immediately and a refund to the customer will be granted after approval from our manufacturer. Products with damage caused during handling from the customer may not be returned. Returns will not be accepted after the 15 day limit. Products damaged in transit to customer will be processed according to shipping company's policy and proceedures.

Original receipt must accompany return, along with tags and original packaging still intact.

Items NOT returnable:
Bits, Special Orders, Clearance and Close-Out Items. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered - as determined by our management.  The customer is responsible for shipping to and from our facility.

Special exceptions apply; contact our sales representative for details. If original shipping was free due to a purchase over a specified dollar amount, then the original shipping charge may be deducted from your refund if applicable. We do not accept any packages sent COD.  Please allow 7-10 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will mail checks out promptly.

Saddle Return Policy:

Saddles must be returned within 7 days from purchase for an exchange or store credit only. Returns will not be accepted after the 7 day limit. Original receipt must accompany return along with having all tags and packaging intact. Special Order saddles are NOT returnable. The saddle must be in new condition and not show any signs of wear-as determined by our management. Saddles showing any signs of wear will incur a minimum of 10% restocking fee, determined by our management. Saddle must be packaged in original box, insured and UPS prepaid and sent to above address.
